Interviewing..

...Finally, the D-day is arriving at ISB; Although, interviews for international placements have been happening, majority of action in the campus will kick off this weekend. I will be interviewing with two of the top notch consulting firms and a reputed Global leadership program.

Understandably, therez an amount of anxiety and lil bit pressure in the air in campus. I dont think it is bad as long as it is in controlled state and helps you prepare and perform better. Butterflies in tummy are good, but one shouldn't let them reach the heart and head (mind). I am sure most of us will emerge with flying colors but one should keep in mind that first job is only a step towards a fulfilling career.

My next note would be after I take up one of the offers.

P.S: Congratulations to all those who made it to ISB next year - Be prepared for the best roller-coaster ride of your life. And, those who couldn't make it - I know how it feels because I've been there. Don't be hard on yourself - revisit your goals and reapply yourself with renewed vigor and pursue your passions. Never, never...ever give up!
